I got my first inspiration into drawings and paintings from my Dad and I learnt all that I could from him since Childhood. Eventually i was recognized as a good artist in school and received several awards and won several competitions - both pencil sketches and Water color paintings.
After graduation (BBA)I took up a multimedia course and got spot placement at Sherston Educational Software, trivandrum, Technopark in June 2003. Worked as an Animator there for 2 years and enjoyed my stay there and learnt a lot from the team of artists and animators there.
2005 Oct I moved in search for a new opportunity and joined an IT company in Chennai - Lionbridge Technologies. In my 3 year tenure at Lionbridge- I joined as a Designer and stepped up to take Graphic lead post for a long term project (Skillsoft). In Dec 2006, I worked Onsite at Skillsoft - Dublin. Once back, within a year, I grew my own team from a 5 members to 30+ designers. Undertook training, guiding, mentoring and ensured my team was the best. Recognizing my talent and effort, I was put as a Team Lead and later was Given a Project Lead post in 2007 handling my team, schedules and client calls.
Maybe it was not on the path of my goal... so I moved to Helix (now known as Next Education) in Nov 2008 as a Visualizer creating Visual Storyboards. I loved my job as I got to draw daily and enhance my creativity. Seeing my managerial skills I was given the responsibility of coordinating a team of SMEs and Artists. Unfortunately due to recession, had to hunt for another job in Apr 2011.
I joined Winzest edutech pvt ltd as Graphics manager for a team that lacked direction and motivation. I set up proper development process for the work and also got into Hiring required skills teaming up with the HR. I quit in 2012 March when my wife got pregnant with Twins and luckily I got an offer to work from home for a US online Gaming Company called Ryzing (now taken over by Rockyou games, San Francisco). I've been working with them ever since.

Well, my strength in being able to adapt to any situation and being a quick learner, I am pretty confident that wherever I go... I will excell and exceed anybody's Expectations. I'll also make sure that the people with me shall also gain experience and knowledge from me! So... WATCHOUT PEOPLE!!!
